EE-wave is the new standard in production of stands

EE flute has double-sided smooth surfaces, are comparable in price, are economic, and environmentally friendly. Production of racks, banners, and other corrugated products was done by readily available materials which was initially done by using materials made for packaging. The greater thickness and asymmetry of EB and BC wave gives the boxes and advantage and helps protect the product better. The different surface structure does not create any obstacles, and for luxury packaging folding cardboard and coated cardboard can be implemented. Although, corrugated cardboard can be a more economic solution.

However, with stands and similiar items which are made to capture the eye and visually impress the consumer these items are undoubtedly disadvantageous. Designers are often forced to choose a less stunning option so that a rough-acting B wave is not visible. Customers from Germany, France, Austria, or Belgium often insist on the EE wave, and the technical aspect prove them right.

In addition to a smooth and symmetrical appearance, it saves on transport and storage; while the EE wool board is 40% thinner than the EB wool board at a comparable ECT. The stands are often not just about strength itself, but also about flat boards in larger areas. Consequently, the symmetry of the wave helps.

Savings on transport and storage can therefore reach up to 40% depending on the design and packaging. The advantage of an elegant appearance  is complemented by papr saving and is a more environmentally friendly option. The market price of EE wool is highr than EB wool due to the small number of producers with two rollers of E quality. The reason for this is that the volumes of EB wool needed for packaging reach much higher values, and production of non-standard wool is time-consuming, and consequently more expensive.

Advantageoulsy, we have our own corrugating machine which we purchased explicitly for the purpose of producing the ideal materials for our products. In addition to EE wool, we operatively use various type-settings, weights and widths of paper, thus optimising the design and price tailored to a specific product. Our customers can take full advantage of EE wool.
